Oh Thank Heavens for Iraq

Oh, thank God George W. Bush attacked Iraq and started the war there. It makes the whole world so much safer! Ya' Think??? Please! First, Saddam Hussein had NOTHING to do with 9/11 and they knew this. But that is what they told us at first, until Rumsfeld had to go before congress and admit that was wrong, and that there were no WMD's, and that the supposed Prisoners of War at Abu Gurad were NOT TERRORISTS or Soldiers of any type, they were innocent bystanders who MAY have seen something in their area and who had been arrested at random and were to be released in a few days. That is who they tortured just because they could. Today India received some of the largest terror attacks in years. Why have we been paying 10 Billion Dollars a month for this? Thanks, so much, George. You really are a moron, aren't you? When Bin Laden was asked if he thought he and Al Quaida could actually bring down a superpower like Russia, their reply was prophetic. They said, "No, but we can cause them to bring themselves down trying to get rid of us." You know Bin Laden is sitting somewhere laughing at us right now. We played right into it. He did the same thing to George Bush that Reagan and Charlie Wilson paid him to do to the U.S.S.R.
I won't even go into how this is going to impact the economy. We better get ready for another depression. We are screwed. "Thanks, Again, George!" We were told this was all going to happen seven years ago and no one listened. There are still idiots out there who bellow rhetoric that supply side economics works in spite of the repeated financial failures that ALWAYS follow the thinking that spending more than you earn is a smart financial move. Their answer when everything melts down is always the same. "Just live on credit until you get a tax break." One question; if one doesn't have a job and therefore doesn't have an income, what good is an income tax cut? The horse crap about how government shouldn't be involved doesn't hold water, here's why. If that were valid then we wouldn't need the Federal Reserve continuing to keep the middle class poorer while making themselves rich is Government condoned intervention. Oh, that's right! That is when they admit that the Federal Reserve isn't any more a part of the government than Federal Express is.
